Tg Missouri Corporation is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform mold maintenance and repairs, including pre-production mold prep. You will identify subcontractors for major mold work and analyze failures to prevent recurrence.
The role requires reading blueprints, using JD Edwards for parts and work tracking, and applying EMS policies. CAD/CAM and Microsoft Office experience are a plus.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Associates degree in Machine Tool Technology or equivalent work experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Clear, concise written and verbal skills and problem-solving skills required. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of team members.
Experience using Microsoft office systems, Excel and Word a plus.
Experience using JD Edwards a plus
Experience using CAD/CAM software
Apply basic math functions to solve workplace problems, calculate percentage, rate, ratio, decimal and proportion, create and interpret basic graphs and charts commonly used in manufacturing, calculate rate, ratio, decimal and proportion, calculate rotational velocity equations (RPMs), calculate speeds, feeds, and horsepower requirements for machining.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places, wet and/or humid conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, First Shift - 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., 2 nd Shift – 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. or Sunday through Thursday, Third Shift – 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. Occasional overtime throughout the week and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
