Essential Job Functions:
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED, and 1-3 years related experience; additional years of education and experience may be substituted for each other, as determined by HR. Ability to read, write and speak English is requirement of this position. Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented as well as have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be mechanically inclined and have experience working on small equipment.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand or sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach grasp objects, tools, or controls. The employee must occasionally climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift (50lbs on a frequent basis, 100lbs occasionally- with assistance) as well as push or pull objects. The employee must have the visual acuity to operate motor vehicles and other equipment as well as the ability to adjust vision for close vision work. Employee must comply with proper safety policies and procedures as required (i.e., when exposed to cleaning chemicals, operating equipment, etc.).
