Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a 2nd Shift Assembler for medical devices in Irvine, CA. The role centers on assembling and testing devices in a cleanroom, using microscopes to handle small parts with precision.

You will follow SOPs, perform visual inspections, report quality issues, and support training. This is a 12–18 month contract with overtime expectations in a high-volume production setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with small part assembly.
• Ability to work under a microscope for most of the shift.
• Familiarity with cleanroom procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test medical devices following SOPs.
• Operate microscopes and precision tools to assemble small components.
• Inspect parts visually and report issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and support training needs.
