Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking a Fulfillment Line Runner to support shift setup, monitor product usage, and keep the production line moving smoothly. You will stage items on the line, move inventory from warehouse to line, and scan into the system.

This Monday–Friday, 3pm–11pm role offers $18.50/hr, requires a high school diploma or GED, and emphasizes GMP compliance, safety, teamwork, and dependable performance. Experience on food production lines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stage product on the line and move product back to the warehouse at end of shift.

• Monitor product usage to prevent line stockouts.
• Ensure correct product is staged per pick priority report.
• Follow GMPs and food safety rules to avoid cross-contamination.
• Assist with order picking and line coverage as needed.
• Assist warehouse by moving product and scanning into system.
• Clean up debris in the freezer at shift end.
• Perform additional duties such as training as required.

Job description

Fulfillment Line Runners serve as expediters in Order Fulfillment. They help set up for the shift, monitor usage of product and other material, and ensure the line always has product available to keep the line is moving efficiently and does not come to a standstill.

The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 3pm to 11pm at $18.50/hr.

• Set up and stage product on production line. Remove product back to warehouse at the end of daily production
• Move inventory from warehouse to production line and scan into system
• Constantly monitor product usage to ensure production line does not run short on product
• Ensure correct product is staged on production line according to ‘pick priority report’
• At daily production completion, move product back into warehouse
• Follow GMP’s and food safety rules including maneuvering through assembly lines in a way that does not cause cross-contamination
• May assist on order picking fulfillment line as needed for coverage
• Assist warehouse associates by moving product and scanning into system
• Sweeping and clearing debris in the freezer at the end of each shift
• Assist with other tasks (e.g., order picking, line staging, product movement, training, etc.)
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Food production or assembly line experience strongly desired
• Regularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and arms

• Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
