Diamond Packaging in Rochester, NY is seeking a Material Handler / Logistics Coordinator 2 for the 2nd shift to ensure timely, safe processing of supplies, stock, materials and products through the warehouse and delivery system.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, coordinating with Production Scheduling and Purchasing, unloading and tagging raw materials, ensuring safe storage, inputting transactions in the Amtech system, and assisting with inventory counts and daily shipping.

Qualificações

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in a logistics position.
• Proficient with computers and data entry.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass physical exam.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and job tickets.

Responsabilidades

• Follow SOPs relevant to the job and department.
• Coordinate with Scheduling and Purchasing to move raw materials to meet production schedules.
• Unload raw materials, tag, and store properly.
• Input raw material transactions into Amtech and correct errors.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and company box truck.
• Assist in monthly inventory counts and maintain safe storage.
