Job summary

ETS Staffing is seeking a Material Handler for an in-person, 2nd shift role. The position involves transferring materials between locations, palletizing and loading finished goods, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

You will also audit locations, labels, and packing accuracy and support weekly cycle counts with manufacturing teams. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, operate pallet jacks, and communicate effectively across departments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day as a Material Handler:

• Transfer and replenish materials between locations using manual and powered equipment
• Palletize, wrap, and load finished goods for outgoing shipments
• Audit and verify shipping locations, case labels, and packing accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the facility
• Assist with packaging, shipping irregulars, and recycling materials
• Support weekly cycle counts and collaborate with manufacturing teams

Your skills and experience:

• Ability to operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks for extended periods
• Effective communication skills across multiple departments
• Willingness to obtain DOT certification and drive a box truck as needed
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Adaptability to changing priorities and flexible scheduling
