Job summary

Phillips Pet Food & Supplies Distribution Center in Vandalia, OH is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to pick, pack, and prepare orders for same-day shipment in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You will use voice/pick tickets, operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Night shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 pm - 1:30 am; pay: $19.00/hour; overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience with pallet jack.
• Experience in a production or goal-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to meet performance targets and deadlines.
• Basic math and reading skills in English.
• RF scanner and forklift experience is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Safety and teamwork-focused.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced, production environment with clear hourly goals.

Shift Details

• 5-day work week
• Night Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 pm - 1:30 am, (or until work is complete)
• Overtime available as needed

Pay: $19.00/hour
