Job summary

StonCor/Stonhard is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2pm-10:30pm) in Maple Shade, NJ. You will manage raw material storage, accumulate materials for batches, and record lot numbers in the BaaN system under each batch.

Responsibilities include maintaining a neat inventory area, performing cycle counts, adjusting system inventory, and conducting physical counts as needed. A HS diploma and forklift experience are required; Hazmat training and leadership in warehousing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; combination of experience and education may be considered.
• Minimum of one year directly related experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Forklift operations experience required.
• Hazmat Materials Training preferred.
• Leadership experience in warehouse setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assume control of QC Approved materials from Receiving and store in correct bin locations.
• Accumulate material to prepare a specific batch of Work in Process.
• Enter lot numbers for each accumulated raw material into the BaaN system under the batch number.
• Maintain inventory control area in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Perform cycle counts as directed by Purchasing/Production.
• Adjust system inventory as directed by Purchasing/Production.
• Perform physical inventory as required by management.
• Change inventory bin locations and/or min/max quantities as directed by Purchasing Department.
