Job summary

Jack Link's is seeking a Material Handler for the 2nd shift to manage shipping and receiving of raw and finished materials in a plant setting. The role involves operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and ensuring accurate order picking and documentation.

You will unload trucks, weigh and review meat pallet temperatures, verify labels, and distribute items to the appropriate departments while maintaining inventory integrity and complying with GMP, HACCP, and SSOP procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience or knowledge of warehouse operations and lift trucks preferred.
• Basic computer and email experience; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock picker lift trucks.
• Use RF scanner and Warehouse computer for inventory and orders.
• Select and prepare customer orders with accuracy and speed.
• Unload trucks, inspect deliveries, and report discrepancies.
• Protect and label products for correct storing and usage.
• Maintain accurate finished goods inventory in warehouse.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SOPs, SSOPs and safety rules.
