Job summary

Mission Critical Group (MCG) is hiring a Material Handler for the 2nd shift (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm). You will move materials between departments, label and store items, inspect for damage, and maintain records. Forklift operation and reading blueprints are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years' experience in a manufacturing or construction environment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Able to carry 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Adhere to safety protocols and work in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle all materials in the fabrication department.
• Identify, label, and store materials properly.
• Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of materials received and distributed.
• Read work orders to determine material or equipment needs.
• Operate forklifts daily and complete safety checklists.
