Job summary

Madison IAQ LLC is seeking a Material Handler I to ensure efficient movement, storage and handling of materials within the facility. You will stock production lines, prepare finished goods for shipment, and support safe, organized operations.

Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting materials, data entry, cycling counts, and collaborating with production, quality, and shipping to maintain smooth material flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks; certification is a plus.
• Basic computer skills for inventory data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and verify quantities.
• Record material information in inventory management systems.
• Transport materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Organize materials in designated warehouse locations with proper labeling.
• Supply production lines with components and retrieve finished goods.
• Prepare outgoing shipments with packaging and labeling.
