Phillips Pet Food & Supplies in Algona, WA is seeking a dedicated Order Picker to join our warehouse team. You will pick and pack orders, build pallets, and stage shipments, using an order picker, pallet jack, and RF scanner.

We value safety and teamwork; you must be able to lift 50+ pounds, pass a background check, and have reliable transportation. This full-time role offers a 5-day schedule with potential overtime.

Qualifications

Join Our Algona, WA Team as an Order Picker!

Do you love working with a team and staying active? At Phillips Pet Food & Supplies, we’ve been delivering happiness to pets and their people since 1938. Now we’re looking for Material Handlers to help us keep tails wagging!

Location: Algona, WA
Schedules Available: 2nd Shift- Monday- Friday 4:30 pm- 1:00 am (plus overtime)

What You’ll Do

• Pick and pack customer orders using an order picker/pallet jack/RF scanner
• Build pallets and stage them for outbound shipments
• Keep safety first—PPE required, teamwork encouraged

What You Need

• Solid work experience picking orders with a pallet jack and/or forklift and scanner, with strong job longevity — must have been at one employer at least 2 years
• Able to perform all warehouse duties, not afraid of heights, and able to lift 50+ pounds
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to pass a 5-year criminal background check and mouth swab drug test
