Job summary

You will assist with synthesis, blending, and batch documentation while learning established processes and safety practices. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and a hands-on mindset, with attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of high school science and mathematics.
• Ability to read and follow technical documents, procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform synthesis and blending batches according to the production schedule.
• Follow established manufacturing processes, procedures, and work instructions.
• Troubleshoot equipment and technical issues with other teams.
• Complete batch records and documentation per quality standards.
• Perform routine activities and preventive maintenance.
• Assist investigations of deviations and support corrective actions.
• Support transfer of new products with Engineering and Validation teams.
• Follow safety procedures and 5S workplace standards.
• Report safety concerns or incidents and assist with investigations.
• Maintain inventory records and document material usage and waste.
• Communicate production updates clearly with coworkers and management.
