Job summary

Knowles Corporation is seeking a manufacturing operator to join our production team on the second shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00pm–10:30pm). The role involves preparing orders, operating machinery, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The pay range is $19–$21 per hour plus a $2 per hour shift differential.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic English skills. Eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete multiple operations as part of a team, following procedures with focus on safety and quality.
• Prep orders for your production line and perform departmental duties.
• Operate various machinery to meet product quality specifications.
• Inspect parts and products to verify quality.
• Report mechanical or quality issues to supervisor or engineering.
