Job summary

Pipenology is hiring Manufacturing Operators for the 2nd shift in O’Fallon, MO. You will operate machinery to manufacture CIPP liners, load materials, and monitor quality. The role requires a high school diploma and basic math, with forklift experience a plus.

We offer medical/dental/vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and more. This is a full-time, on-site position with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 2:00 pm–10:30 pm shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler.
• Ability to interpret policies and standards.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load/mount production materials.
• Feed materials into machinery and monitor operation.
• Perform quality monitoring and adjust as needed.
• Re-thread sewing machines and replace needles.
• Move finished CIPP liners and assist with cleanup.
• Follow safety procedures and perform minor maintenance.
• Occasional forklift operation and other duties.
