Job summary

Ehrhardt Tool & Machine is hiring a Manufacturing Associate for the 2nd shift in Granite City, IL. You will operate machines to punch, cut, form, chamfer, clean, weld and assemble parts in a temperature-controlled production environment.

The role runs Monday through Friday with a $4.00 shift differential. A high school diploma or GED is required; you will follow SOPs, maintain quality, and work safely to meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing and standard operating procedures to produce parts.
• Align parts in dies or positions them against fixtures on machine.
• Push buttons or depress pedals to activate machines.
• Observe machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Follow safety regulations and report safety violations to management.
• Produce quality work product in a regulated environment.
• Work safely and efficiently to meet customer specifications.
