Job summary

JOST International is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our production facility. This role reports to the Facility & Maintenance Manager and is responsible for welding (MIG), repair and maintenance of tool room fixtures, and running the preventative maintenance calendar to keep equipment in top condition.

Qualifications

• Experience in MIG welding and fabrication is required.
• Knowledge of basic tool room skills is preferred.
• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting is beneficial.
• Ability to obtain JOST International Fork Truck Certification.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to learn company products and follow quality/safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Welding (MIG) to support maintenance issues.
• Repair and maintain weld fixtures.
• Operate all tool room machinery.
• Build prototype products and test units.
• Perform daily and monthly maintenance and record-keeping.
• Manage the preventative maintenance program and documentation.
