Job summary

Overview

2nd Shift Maintenance Tech Forge needs (2) years experience in industrial maintenance/manufacturing operations (4 years experience preferred).

2nd Shift Maintenance Tech Forge requires:

A working knowledge of compacting, forging, deflash, double disk grind, shot peen, whitelight inspection, video ink jet, magnetic particle inspection and dip tank operation is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate Degree in Applied Science in Electronic, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Automated Manufacturing or Electrical experience or equivalent work experience in a Maintenance Technician role.

2 years experience in industrial maintenance/manufacturing operations.

A working knowledge of compacting, forging, deflash, double disk grind, shot peen, whitelight inspection.

Responsibilities

• Notify Maintenance Team Leader, Production Team Leader or Operator when tasks are completed and tested ready for Production.
• Rotate/assist with other Maintenance Specialists as directed as it applies to time management.
• Communications between Maintenance Teams.
• Assist with planned changes for minimum disruption at required operations.
• Responsible for assigned maintenance tasks, and PMs.
• Responsible for the maintenance of equipment, facility and property.
