Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic in Phoenix, AZ for the 2nd shift, earning $22.00 per hour. Initial training occurs on 1st shift with hands-on work on various mechanical systems in a production setting.

This full-time, temp-to-hire role offers development in industrial maintenance while supporting manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, equipment installation, CMMS documentation, inventory management, and safety

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience in maintenance or mechanical work is preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems is essential.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing and supporting equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
Assist with equipment installation, relocation, and decommissioning.
Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for scheduling and documentation.
Source spare parts and maintain an organized inventory.
Perform general facility maintenance, including minor repairs and setup.
Support safety compliance and maintain a safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members on maintenance tasks and special projects.
