Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is hiring a maintenance mechanic to service conveyors, balers and other powered equipment. You’ll perform daily system inspections, respond to unplanned repairs, and coordinate parts exchanges. Hours are 4pm to 1am, full-time, with a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of professional maintenance mechanic experience.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.
• Work safely with electrical systems (24V, 110V, 480V).
• Able to work with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Flexible schedule including overtime and shift rotation.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on conveyors and balers and powered industrial equipment.
• Regular system inspections and checks.
• Smaller adjustments and service tasks (lubrication).
• Unplanned electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs.
• Electrical, mechanical diagnosis and resolution.
• Control and adjustment of light sensors and switches.
• Exchange and set up wear parts with rolling stock and dock equipment.
• Exchange and set up electrical wear parts with rolling stock and dock equipment.
• Various field tasks as directed by Management.
