Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a confidential beverage manufacturer in the Charlotte area. The role leads maintenance technicians, improves plant reliability, and coordinates repairs to support consistent production.

The position is second shift (1:00 PM–11:00 PM) with higher hours as needed. Candidates should have 5–7 years of industrial maintenance experience and strong leadership skills to develop the team and maintain safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
• At least two years of education beyond high school.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, hydraulics, PLCs, and industrial control networks.
• Ability to troubleshoot production equipment and guide technicians through complex repairs.
• Strong planning, communication, problem-solving, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians, communicate priorities, and ensure safe, effective work.
• Coordinate emergency repairs while ensuring preventive maintenance and scheduled work are completed.
• Plan upcoming maintenance activities around technician availability, equipment needs, and production schedules.
• Investigate recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions using root cause analysis.
• Develop technicians through coaching, performance feedback, and technical and safety training.
• Track work orders and maintenance performance to identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Support spare parts availability and organized maintenance storeroom practices.
• Partner with Production, Quality, and Safety teams to meet operating and food safety requirements.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors in accordance with plant safety procedures.
• Manage smaller maintenance and capital projects, including scheduling, resource coordination, and cost tracking.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support established quality management systems.
