Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Maintenance Inventory Admin for its Tioga, PA facility. The role focuses on managing storeroom inventories, receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate parts records for maintenance and production.

You will order parts, monitor usage, and ensure clean, organized storage areas while collaborating with supervision to implement best practices and procedures. This is a full-time on-site position with a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
  • Two years experience with inventory systems (preferably in the Maintenance area) desired.
  • Good organizational skills a must.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance/demeanor.
  • Must have basic computer skills (two years experience preferred).
  • Must maintain good performance and attendance records.
  • Must have good communication skills and be able to work with a variety of different people.

Responsibilities

  • Manage storeroom and inventories, receive all supplies for maintenance and tool inventories.
  • Order all necessary production and maintenance parts and supplies.
  • Maintain inventories using physical counts and databases.
  • Store parts and supplies in designated areas and monitor usage to prevent waste.
  • Alert supervisor if inventory usage exceeds normal levels.
  • Keep storeroom neat and compliant with standards.
  • Benchmark vendors and storerooms to implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to set up distributions procedures.
  • Participate in QWG/QIP processes.

We’re looking for a Maintenance Inventory Admin to join our team in Tioga, PA, at our Lawrenceville Foundry

WHAT YOU’LL BUILD & OWN
  • Manage the storeroom/tool inventories, receive all supplies in addition to the maintenance and tool inventories.
  • Order all necessary production and maintenance parts and supplies.
  • Maintain all necessary parts/supplies using both physical inventory and database systems.
  • Order and receive maintenance and production supplies and parts and store them properly in their designated areas.
  • Monitor usage of supplies and parts to ensure that sufficient inventories are being maintained and that waste is avoided.
  • Alert Lead Storeroom Attendant when inventory usage (parts and/or supplies) is in excess of normal.
  • Keep the storeroom and auxiliary area neat and clean according to the “like or better than new” standard.
  • Benchmark preferred vendors, preferred parts, and other Victaulic storerooms to determine and implement best practices.
  • Work with the Supervisors and other pertinent personnel to set up and implement practices and procedures for proper distribution of all parts/supplies.
  • Participate in QWG/QIP process.
