JGM in Sinking Spring, PA is hiring a Kinetic Burn Table (Machine) Operator for 2nd shift. You will operate CNC plasma and oxy-fuel cutting tables to produce bolt-ready structural parts, read fabrication drawings, and ensure safety in a high-output shop.

Now Hiring: Kinetic Burn Table (Machine) Operator (2nd Shift) 2 roles available

Sinking Spring, PA

4:00 PM – 12:30 AM | Monday–Friday

Training on 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC plasma & oxy-fuel cutting tables (Kinetic or similar)
• Cut heavy structural steel (3”+ plate) with precision
• Read blueprints and produce “bolt-ready” parts
• Handle materials using cranes, forklifts, and advanced lifting systems
• Perform quality checks to ensure AISC-level standards
• Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and shop efficiency
