Job summary

Lockheed Martin in the United States seeks a CNC Mill Machine Operator to operate and maintain CNC milling machines, ensuring parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards.

You will perform self-inspections with gauges, use CMM when available, change tools, and deburr parts under a microscope to support a safe, efficient shop floor environment.

Qualifications

THE WORK

As a CNC Mill Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, responsible for operating and maintaining CNC milling machines.

Lockheed Martin Standard Job Description:

Operates light-duty bench- or floor-type machine tools and equipment such as small lathes, power mills, extruding machines, drills or punch presses, power brakes, shears or saws. May set up machining machines and make adjustments, and perform maintenance on machines. Checks work using prescribed gauges, jigs and fixtures to measure close tolerances. Some machines may be numerically controlled. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $35600.00 - $66000.00
