Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate machines to start a production cycle.
• Sand and deburr parts as needed.
• Tend machines and monitor quality of parts.
• Use gauging tools to verify dimensions.
• Complete daily machine check sheets and production records.
• Adjust machine settings (speed, etc.) as required.
• Report defects or anomalies to supervisor.
• Perform frequent quality checks to ensure part integrity.
• Feed raw material and parts to semi-automated equipment.
• Load programs and set up tooling in machines.
