Job summary

Qualified Staffing is actively recruiting for a Machine Operator in Jeffersonville, IN at a plastic injection molding facility. The role involves monitoring quality, materials, and production processes on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm) with potential overtime.

You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, maintain a clean and safe work area, and follow all production and safety procedures. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain acceptable production levels.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 lbs.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the quality of parts produced.
• Monitor material levels within the work cell.
• Notify supervisors of mechanical or material concerns.
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all production and safety procedures.
