Qualifikationen

• Read and understand safety rules, procedures and work instructions.
• Perform basic math operations needed for measurements and calculations.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with team members.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance as required by the role.

Aufgaben

• Operate grinding machinery and load/unload parts.
• Support daily production by loading/unloading parts and monitoring quality.
• Make minor machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect parts and verify specifications using job cards.
• Use measuring tools such as micrometers, rulers and scopes.
• Communicate machine status and quality concerns with setups and leads.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
