Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Denton, TX is seeking a details-oriented loader to support production and shipping. You will locate products by load list, move them to the shipping area, and verify QC status before loading, with optional forklift training available.

Ideal candidates are mechanically adept, able to read precision tools and specifications, and can work under tight schedules while communicating clearly with supervisors and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be mechanically inclined with ability to read precision measuring tools.
• Good communication and ability to work under schedule demands.

Responsibilities

• Locate required product using load list.
• Move product to loading area avoiding damage.
• Verify QC status before loading.
• Perform minor repairs after training or arrange repairs.
• Load products onto returnable carts and ensure correct order.
• Move carts to shipping area per load list.
• Coordinate with assembly/QC to ship on time.
• Verify products are secured on carts.
• Optionally train on forklift to load/unload trailers.
