Job summary

G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Loader to build pallets, load them onto trucks, and ensure accurate and timely deliveries. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety standards in a warehouse environment.

The candidate will work Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm or until done, with potential overtime. Prior food/beverage warehouse experience is preferred; high school diploma or GED is required. Union benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 0–1 years of material handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse/food distribution environment and beverage industry helpful.

Responsibilities

• Build pallets accurately using build sheets.
• Load pallets onto trucks using mechanical equipment and verify correct truck per build sheets.
• Follow OSHA, safety standards and PPE requirements; keep area safe and clean.
• Stack products and pallets to ensure stability and safety.
• Train new warehouse loader staff.
• Communicate status and issues with supervisor and team.
• Perform required paperwork and equipment safety checks.
