Job summary

Rival Holdings is seeking a Loader to safely load materials onto delivery vehicles at our Kentucky facility. This onsite role runs Monday through Friday, 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM, with occasional overtime to meet shipping deadlines.

The loader will inspect materials prior to loading, secure loads with the right tools, and coordinate with shipping staff to prioritize tasks. Forklift operation may be required, and safety is emphasized throughout daily duties.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience in material handling or loading preferred.
  • Certification in forklift operation is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong attention to safety and detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Legal work authorization in the United States (sponsorship will not be provided for this role).
  • Position based onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently load materials onto trucks and other delivery vehicles.
  • Inspect materials prior to loading to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Secure loads using appropriate tools and techniques to prevent damage during transport.
  • Collaborate with shipping staff to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment as required to move materials.
  • Maintain organized records of loaded materials and shipping schedules.
  • Adhere to company safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
  • Assist with unloading materials when necessary.
  • Any other responsibilities required by management.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required

The Loader is responsible for safely loading materials onto delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and securing of items to prevent damage during transport. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and effective communication with team members to support shipping operations. This position is onsite Monday - Friday from 4:30 PM -12:30 AM; occasional overtime is required.
