Responsibilities

• Stand about 8 hours per day hanging birds onto an overhead line.
• Grip live chickens by the legs with care to avoid bruising.
• Lift and turn chickens with breasts facing away.
• Must hang at least 28 birds per minute (5–10 lb each).
• Wear all required safety equipment and observe hygiene procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
