Job summary

Stone Plastics & Manufacturing is seeking a Line Leader for the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) to join our plastics production team. You will receive on-the-job training with our support team and process engineers and will train with another Line Leader to prepare for the role.

The role involves setting up, starting, and running consistent molding processes, validating parts, and ensuring adherence to standard work. You will supervise a team of Operators on the production floor and maintain focus on

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience desired.
• Plastic Injection Molding experience desired.
• Leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Duplicate molding process.
• Validate good parts.
• Ensure that everyone in my team is following standard work instructions and understands the importance of doing it right.
• Guidance and direction to 1-8 Operators and support staff.
