Job summary

Famous Footwear in Lebanon, TN is seeking an Operations Lead for the 2nd shift to oversee essential DC duties and reporting to the leadership team. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely execution of administrative tasks.

You will monitor inventory, drive performance with metrics, and coordinate daily reports while collaborating with a team and taking ownership of cross-functional tasks in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of distribution center experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Familiarity with PKMS WMS modules: inventory, shipping, receiving.

Responsibilities

• Administer safety policies and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Track departmental data and drive performance with metrics.

Operations Lead – 2nd Shift M-F

Join Famous Footwear’s Distribution Center in Lebanon, TN as a Lead, Operations. In this role, you will assure administrative duties are completed in an accurate and timely matter conveyed to the leadership team.

What will you be doing?

• Administer safety policies: Adhere to, and assist in the administration of all safety policies and procedures, including housekeeping and accident prevention
• Data tracking: Assist leadership in tracking departmental data related to specific metrics to drive performance
• Operational reporting: Responsible for coordinating and providing day to day reporting to management team
• Review inventory: Perform physical counts and monitors inventory levels to maintain accuracy

• Distribution Center experience 1+ years
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Organized, detail-oriented individual, capable of working on various tasks / projects concurrently
• Mid-level understanding of the PKMS Warehouse Management System, including Inventory, Shipping and Receiving functions
• Able to work in a team environment, and also autonomously to perform individual tasks
