TC Services LLC is hiring a Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Ridgeland, SC. The role offers 15-30 hours per week with a start around 4:00 PM, and a pay rate of $18–$20 per hour, paid weekly.

Mileage reimbursement and flexible PTO are provided, with travel to multiple upstate locations required. Responsibilities include onboarding new staff, quality inspections, incident reporting, and coordinating with area/operations managers.

Qualifications

• Drug screening is required.
• Background check is required.
• Must complete E-Verify.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and perform repetitive motions for cleaning with no assistance.

Responsibilities

• Train and support staff during onboarding.
• Monitor and inspect work to ensure quality.
• Complete and submit incident reports as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with the Area Manager and Operations Manager regarding daily operations.
• Address inspections or work orders received via email from customers.
• Perform dusting and other janitorial tasks within assigned facilities. If not completed, these must be addressed on weekends.
• Cover shifts for absent employees while supervising.
• Log all supplies and inventory using the designated tracking system.

TC Services , a national leader in commercial cleaning, is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor to join our team in Ridgeland, South Carolina. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our cleaning services while maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed (15-30 hours per week)
• Shift Start Time: Around 4:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $18- $20 per hour (paid weekly)
• Benefits: Mileage reimbursement and flexible PTO
• Must be willing to travel to multiple locations in the upstate. (Example: Savanah, to Charleston, to Allendale areas. Roughly 1-2 hours of possible driving in any direction)
