Job summary

Bee Line Support, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Floater/Support Team Member to assist the Operations Team with flexible cleaning and facility support across multiple client locations.

The role covers staffing openings caused by call-offs, vacations, and other needs, and may require travel between facilities to deliver cleaning services in commercial environments. Responsibilities include routine cleaning, floor scrubbing, carpet care, high dusting, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or facility support is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to multiple client locations during shifts.
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple client accounts during a shift to perform cleaning duties and support operational staffing needs.
• Cover vacant janitorial and/or Day Porter positions in commercial facilities, including manufacturing, medical, office, banking, and school environments.
• Perform janitorial and facility cleaning duties following safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Clean interior building areas (floors, carpets, windows, walls, furniture, ceilings) and maintain surfaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and restrooms; restock supplies as needed.
• Safely operate cleaning chemicals, tools, machinery, and power equipment per procedures.
• Organize and maintain janitorial closets and monitor building security/safety.
