Job summary

TeleSearch Staffing Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Tappan, NY. You will receive, move, and store inventory, prepare materials for production and shipping, and operate standard warehouse equipment.

This 2nd-shift role requires attention to detail, the ability to stand for long periods, and can involve overtime. A high school diploma and English proficiency are preferred, with forklift experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred (certification is a plus).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must speak, read, and understand English.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
• Pick, move, and distribute materials throughout the warehouse.
• Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Assist with inventory tracking and recordkeeping.
• Support shipping and receiving operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards.
