Job Description

We are seeking an Inkmaker/Ink Tech to work with us. We offer a very competitive starting pay plus a shift differential when applicable. If you're looking to start a new career with a stable company that promotes from within, INX International is the right place for you.

The person in this role will tend mills in a safe and efficient manner to grind raw materials for manufacturing high-quality printing ink by performing duties such as:

  • Following batch instructions to weight, charge, and mix inks
  • Understanding proper mixing procedures and raw materials
  • Monitoring temperature and mix speeds and adjusting as needed
  • Following procedures for milling inks, adjusting pump speeds and mill rates
  • Filtering, packaging, and labeling inks
  • Making QC adjustments as instructed
  • Weighing raw materials for manufacturing
  • Operating mixers safely to blend raw materials
  • Packaging finished products
  • Operating a forklift
Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

  • Have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
  • Have basic math, communication, and mechanical logic skills

It’s a plus if you have:

  • At least 6 months of manufacturing experience
  • Forklift experience
  • The ability to work overtime and/or weekends
Additional Information

Pay: The starting rate is $22.00 per hour.

Hours: This is a 2nd shift position, 3 pm - 11 pm, Monday through Friday.
