Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a 2nd shift Industrial Painter to paint refrigeration units and ensure quality standards are met. The role requires experience in industrial painting and the ability to follow strict production specs.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 1:00 PM–9:30 PM shift and optional training on the 1st shift before transition. Pay is $22.022 per hour with full-time/temporary-to-hire terms and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Industrial or manufacturing painting experience preferred.
• Sheet metal painting experience is a plus.
• Experience operating spray painting equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and production specifications.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Paint completed refrigeration units using industrial spray painting equipment.
• Prepare units and work areas for painting.
• Operate spray paint equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished units for proper coverage and quality.
• Follow paint specifications and production requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
• Properly use a respirator when required.
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
