Qualifications

• Proven industrial or automotive paint experience.
• Experience with airless, conventional, or electrostatic spray systems.

• Ability to work 2nd shift (8–10 hour shifts, Mon–Fri).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and treat surfaces before coating application.
• Mix, match, and apply coatings with spray equipment.
• Inspect finished products to meet standards of excellence.
• Maintain, troubleshoot painting machinery and safety equipment.
• Uphold a clean, safe, and collaborative workspace.
