Job summary

Enprotech is seeking a skilled mechanical technician for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00pm–10:30pm) to disassemble, repair, and reassemble heavy equipment. You will verify parts against blueprints, align components, and run tests to ensure conformance to customer specifications.

The role requires strong mechanical ability, tool ownership, and the capacity to work with cranes and heavy equipment. Benefits include health coverage, a 401(k) match, and disability/life insurance.

Qualifications

• Solid mechanical skills and ability to use cranes and heavy tools.
• Own tools of the trade and proficiency using them.
• Ability to interpret prints and determine disassembly sequences.
• Capable of using basic shop math and computer skills.
• Strong verbal communication with team members and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Create disassembly and repair plans following procedures and specifications.
• Verify parts conformance to blueprints using calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
• Align components for assembly and operate machines to verify functionality.
• Form, bend, and fasten piping and fixtures for air, water, and oil delivery.
• Test completed products and verify tolerances with measurement instruments.
