HHS Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a friendly, compassionate leader to join our hospital housekeeping team at Bon Secours Fairfield Hospital in the United States. This 2nd shift role (2 pm–12 am) offers the opportunity to lead a goal-oriented department and create a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients, with no prior housekeeping experience required, just a willingness to learn.

You will recruit, train, and schedule team members, coach staff, analyze data, and collaborate

Competenze

• Flexible schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software
• Willingness to relocate for promotion opportunities
• Experience managing a team is a plus
• Experience working in a healthcare environment
• Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish
• Assistant directors typically promoted within two years
