Wimmer Communities in Hales Corners, Wisconsin is seeking a Full Time Housekeeping Associate for the 2nd shift (3pm–11pm), Monday through Friday.

The role focuses on cleaning offices, apartments, and common areas across the campus, with a pay of $18.00 per hour and full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, models, rest rooms and common areas per schedule.
• Maintain flooring using equipment per schedule.

• Provide feedback to team on housekeeping tasks.
• Coordinate special tasks with other staff for carpet cleaning.
• Create monthly apartment cleaning schedules for residents.
• Complete cleanings and collect payments from residents.
• Monitor supplies and notify management of needs.
• Provide spot cleaning as needed.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and touch-ups as requested.
• Assist with emergencies as requested by staff.

Full Time – 2nd Shift Housekeeping position. Monday thru Friday.

Those with housekeeping experience are invited to apply. This position will focus on general housekeeping duties throughout our large campus. We seek applicants with excellent attendance, attention to detail, and a desire to have their efforts and pride in their work noticed by residents, visitors, and co-workers.

$18.00 Per Hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean offices, models, rest rooms and common areas including elevators per cleaning schedule
• Maintain all hard surface flooring using equipment per schedule
• Clean all vacant apartments.
• Keep all vacant units fresh and odorless.
• Provide tips and feedback to third shift team on housekeeping tasks
• Coordinate special housekeeping tasks with Driver/Community Support employee, such as carpet cleaning using facility’s machine
• Create monthly individual apartment cleaning schedule for resident cleaning; communicate any changes to residents
• Complete individual apartment cleanings per checklist; collect payment from resident
• Monitor supplies level and notify manager of supply needs.
• Provide spot cleaning as needed due to accidents, spills, etc.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs as requested by leasing staff, such as ensuring packing boxes are removed promptly from recycling areas, ensuring any last-minute touch-ups for apartments are completed, etc.
