Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring full-time and part-time HOUSEKEEPER positions at Hospitals of Providence Transmountain Campus in El Paso, TX. The role involves light cleaning, bed making, linen replenishment, and maintaining a safe, orderly environment.

The schedule features 2nd shift; prior housekeeping experience is preferred and candidates should be able to work weekends if needed. Compensation is $13 per hour with benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Prior OR housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including hotels, restaurants and hospitals, in a clean and orderly manner.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops and polishes floors.
• Vacuums carpets, rugs and draperies.
• Shampoos carpets, rugs and upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
• Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empties and cleans trash containers.
• Disposes of trash in a sanitary manner.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers.
• Wipes down glass surfaces.
• Makes up beds and changes linens as required.
• Realigns furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.
• Responds to guest queries and requests.
