Southern Foodservice Management, a national contract food service company, is hiring a 2nd Shift Grill Cook for our FBI facility in Clarksburg, West Virginia. The schedule runs 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with compensation at $13.77 per hour plus $5.09 H&W.

Daily duties include short order cooking during meals, tasting for quality, rotating stock, checking temperatures, and assisting on serving lines while maintaining sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in grill cooking and short order preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• May be assigned to short order cooking station during meal periods.
• Taste products for quality and texture; avoid over-salting.
• Prepare grab & go items and rotate stock regularly.
• Check temperatures and record as required.
• Replenish steam tables and serving areas during service.
• Assist on serving lines and greet customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and storage areas.
