Job summary

Five Below is hiring for a warehouse associate in Forsyth, GA. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, operating warehouse equipment, and standing for long periods. Typical shift runs Monday–Friday from 3:30pm to 12:00am.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with duties including order picking, stacking pallets, and maintaining a clean work area. The position involves RF gun use, pallet movement, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.
• Forklift/pallet jack experience helpful.
• Ability to stand, lift and perform manual dexterity; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours and alternate shifts for extended periods.
• Ability to work in cold winters and hot summers.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas.
• Efficiently pick store orders for shipment, ensuring correct products are loaded and shipped.
• Place boxes on pallet or conveyor belt.
• Pick freight from pallet using pick labels.
• Stack pallets with product from shipping divert lanes.
• Build pallets and shrink wrap as needed.
• Move pallets with pallet jack.
• Perform additional duties and support other departments as needed.
• Use RF Gun for picking, receiving, put-away, replenishments and load functions.
• Maintain facility equipment and materials in a neat, clean, orderly fashion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
• Forklift / Pallet Rider / Manual Pallet Jack experience helpful
• Ability to operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
• Ability to work flexible hours and work an alternate shift for an extended period of time with limited notice.
• Ability to stand, stoop, lift and perform manual dexterity.
• Lift up to 50-pound boxes, remain on feet for entire shift.
• Ability to ascend staircases and perform standing work on an elevated platform.
• Ability to work while being exposed to cold temperatures in the winter and hot temperatures in the summer.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
