Job summary

Tyson Foods' Vicksburg Plant is seeking a 2nd shift General Production Laborer to support processing, packaging and material handling in a fresh food environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining product flow, assisting line operators, and following SOPs, safety and food-safety standards while wearing required PPE. Prior general labor experience is preferred; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned production tasks to support processing, packaging, and material handling operations.
• Assist with product handling, sorting, stacking, and staging as required.
• Maintain continuous product flow to prevent downtime or congestion.
• Monitor product for quality defects and report concerns promptly.
• Assist line operators with setup, changeovers, and general line support.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
