Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a General Laborer for the 2nd shift in Wentzville, MO (63385). This full-time, temp-to-hire position offers competitive pay up to $19.00 per hour, overtime opportunities, and weekly pay.

Training across multiple stations starts from day one in a fast-paced production facility. Ideal for hands-on individuals with strong attention to detail, reliability, and transportation to the plant.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid Driver's License.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and overtime.
• Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination.
• Physically able to stand, bend, reach and use hand tools.
• Dependable with reliable transportation to Wentzville, MO.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles and products: clean and prep truck beds, apply protective layers, and tape edges.
• Prepare surfaces by scuffing and positioning emblems/logos before spraying.
• Support production line by loading prepped products into spray chambers.
• Perform demasking and quality checks: remove protective film and ensure crisp edges, inspect coating thickness.
• Rotate through prep, detailing, and quality assurance stations along the line.
