Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring for a 2nd shift production team member in Wilkesboro, NC. The role involves training on the cone lines and performing a variety of entry-level tasks on the line to ensure smooth production.

Starting pay is $17.10 per hour with a $2.00/hour shift differential, plus potential overtime and weekend work. The position requires completing an 8-week qualification period with safety and policy compliance, after which successful associates may transfer to a vacant cone-line position

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work 2nd shift, overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate feeder and ensure product is placed correctly on the conveyor belt and tested periodically.
• Assist on wing cutter, breast trimmer, puller, cone stabber and other line positions as needed.
• Maintain safety and follow Tyson policies and procedures throughout the shift.
