Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. in Raeford, NC is hiring a 2nd Shift General Cleaner for our manufacturing facility. You will clean buildings, vacuum and mop floors, empty trash, service restrooms and assist with basic floor care.

No experience is required; we provide training. You must follow schedules, stay safe, communicate with staff and maintain a professional appearance. Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform cleaning tasks.
• Ability to detect safety hazards and communicate with staff.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments.
• Ability to follow directions from a supervisor.
• Professional demeanor and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, mop floors and clean surfaces in buildings.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Clean and service restrooms; replenish supplies.
• Mix cleaning agents per specifications.
• Move heavy equipment, objects, or furniture.
• Identify and report possible repairs.
• Possible floor work (steam carpets, wax, buff).
• Other duties as assigned.
• Experience is a plus, but training provided.
