Job summary

Allegiance Industries in Monroe, NC is hiring a 2nd Shift General Cleaner to maintain classrooms and facilities. Responsibilities include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, trash collection, restroom cleaning, mixing cleaning agents, moving heavy objects, and reporting repairs.

Work hours are 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday. We value dependable, safety‑mocused team players who can follow schedules and directions, communicate with staff, and demonstrate professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Clean buildings by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors and cleaning other surfaces.

• Mix cleaning agents per specifications.
• Move heavy equipment, objects or furniture.
• Identify and report possible repairs.
• Floor care: steam cleaning carpets, waxing, buffing.
• Other duties as assigned

• Mix various cleaning agents according to specifications
• Move heavy equipment, objects or furniture
• Identify and report possible repairs
• Possible floor work applicable (steam clean carpets, apply wax, buff, etc)
• Other duties as assigned
